Quick Bread – Daring Bakers’ February 2012 Challenge –

The February 2012 Daring Bakers Challenge was choosen and hosted by Lis, Daring Kitchen Co-Founder. She chose Quick Bread using baking soda, or baking powder, but no yeast.
