Today I spent my afternoon with my kids at our library, chose movies and books for everyone. I like to spend a lot of time there, the atmosphere in the antique library is very good.

Leaving the library, I had a wonderful idea for the snack. We could make Strawberries Smoothie! My kids thought it was a fantastic idea!

I know strawberries are not in season, but I have big and tasty strawberries in my freezer.

This smoothie is a good source of iron and vitamin C. It’s a really great snack for my teens! It’s also excellent for a breakfast!

I recently got this recipe from Lazy 2 Cook, Loves 2 Eat.  What a great recipe! I made it in 8 minutes!

And it’s so so delicious! 🙂

Ingredients :

  • 10 strawberries
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (plain)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3-4 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Preparation :

  1. Chop the strawberries into chunks and blend them with milk to a smooth paste.
  2. Add sugar, yogurt and blend it again to a creamy consistency.
  3. Pour into serving glasses with ices cubes.
